We ship after we received payment. Please note that the shipping may be delayed if you pay us by personal check since the check usually will be cleared in our bank 10 - 14 days after we deposit it. Please state your name, shipping address, phone number, fax number (if you wish your order information and invoice faxed), and e-mail address, if possible.

For the customers returning merchandise ordered, the return needs to be made within 14 days after your order received. We will not refund the shipping & handling cost and we will charge 15% of the merchandise price as the restocking fees. Cds must be returned unopened. Opened cds may only be returned for replacement if defective. If the order is entered from yahoo shopping, 5% ORDER CANCELLATION FEE MAY BE APPLIED.

For delivery in the United States, we will charge our customers shipping and handling in addition to the merchandise price. The S & H charges may vary depending on your zip code. Californian residents will pay sales txes in addition to shipping and handling. The normal order processing time may be from 4 days to 2 weeks. But most of your orders can be delivered within 7 days. Please note that certain rare or collectable items may require a slightly longer processing and/or delivery time. In these cases we will try to notify the customer by email as to any expected excess delays. The customer can choose regular USPS First Class Mail or UPS as the shipping method. The UPS rates may be higher than the USPS rates.

We will not process credit card order's if the billing and shipping address is from different country.

For international customers, all of the shipping will be done through air. The international customers will pay higher freight than domestic ones. Usually we use US Postal Service to ship your orders. If customers prefer us to send their orders via UPS or FedEx, the shipping rate may be more than double from the postal rate. We will e-mail you the total shipping and handling charges before we send your order via UPS.
